This Hanuman Jayanti, Offer Chola, Laddu and Sindoor to Shri Hanuman at his birthplace in Anjaneri Parvat in Nashik and receive blessings of Shri Hanuman. Shri Anjaniputra Siddha Hanuman Temple is located on the Anjaneri Parvat in Nashik, Maharashtra. It is believed that Shri Hanuman resides here. According to many scriptures, this place is also regarded as the Birthplace of Shri Hanuman. Baal Hanuman swallowed the Sun here, considering it as a fruit. Thereafter, in order to release the Surya Dev, Indra Dev hit Shri Hanuman face with his thunderbolt, which broke his тАШHanuтАЩ (chin bone) and from then, Maruti was referred as Shri Hanuman forever.
