This Temple located in Mysore is dedicated to Maa Kameshwari. Kameshwari is the blissful form of Maa Parvati. Maa Kameshwari and Rati Sundari Yogini are present among 8 main Yoginis among 64 Yoginis. Worshiping Maa Kameshwari is considered auspicious for Attaining Love, Strong Relationships, Removing Obstacles in Marriage, Getting a Desired Life Partner and a Happy Married Life. Every year, lakhs of devotees come here to seek blessings from Maa Kameshwari here for romantic relationships in their lives. This is considered a Siddha Kshetra and it is said that when Shiva became angry with Kamdev, Rati came to this Temple and prayed to Maa Kameshwari. Then Maa Kameshwari blessed Kamdev and Rati for their union. Since then, worshiping Kamdev Rati along with Maa Kameshwari and Rati Sundari Yogini in this Temple is also considered to be of special importance.
