The Siddha temple of Maa Tripura Bhairavi is near Vishwanath Jyotirlinga in Kashi. This Temple of Maa Tripura Bhairavi has been described in Kashi Khand of Skanda Purana. Maa Tripura Bhairavi is the sixth Mahavidya, who is considered to be both fierce and gentle form of Maa Uma (Maa Parvati). It is said that just by worshipping Mata Tripura Bhairavi, the poor become wealthy, the sick gain good health, the fearful get freedom from fear and victory over the opponents easily.
